The swing frame and double column guided band saws HESSE ALF are available in different versions.
The manual machines M are completely hand operated, i.e. both the saw band feed and the saw band return stroke as well as material feed are made manually.
The semiautomatic models Y are equipped with automatic saw band feed and adjustable return stroke. The cutting pressure is adjusted manually by an adjusting wheel on the control panel.
The models DG are in same design as the semiautomatic models but the complete machine body as arranged on a rotation plate, a vice jaw automatically drives itself - the other one must be placed manually. Thus mitre cuts are possible at equal material position.
The fully automatic models O are additionally equipped with automatic material feed by means of rollers in the clamping jaws and item counter.
The NC models are additionally equipped with complete control for most different material lengths and numbers of work pieces, but these models can not produce mitre cuts.
