The motorized sheet bending rolls HESSE H4R M and H4R H are equipped with 4 rolls and thus unite the advantages of machines with asymmetrical and symmetrical rolls arrangement. The sheet metal clamping takes place via feed of the lower roll. Pre-bending and bending feed functions are realized on models H4R M by the independently motor-adjustable lateral rolls whereby also double sided and simultaneous pre-bending works are possible, on model H4R H by hydraulic eccentric cassette frame which raises one lateral roll during lowering the other one. For more complex rolling works these models can be equipped with NC control, which can reproduce a product again and again by means of the Teach-In mode after unique completion of a product. These types can be equipped also with the somewhat more complex CNC control.
