Heavy production machines for demanding use

The hydraulic guillotine shears HESSE SB in swing beam design are particularly sturdy built and therefore also suitable for cutting thicker sheet metals. Construction dependently the cutting angle is constant, the cutting gap adjustment is done central by an adjusting wheel at the right machine side. The folding up back gauge is positioned either manually by plus/minus buttons and digital display or as option by a NC preselection system.

The standard back gauge with a range of 1,000 mm is installed on linear guidances free from play and is moved on ball screws with max. 120 mm/sec. The back gauge can be lifted up automatically at the rear position to cut sheets with unlimited length.

A fast-adjustable central cutting gap adjustment is easily attainable mounted on the right machine side. It can be adjusted from the operator according to the material type and the sheet thickness easily and fast to achieve optimal cut results.
