O-frame design for stress relieved work

The CNC punching and nibbling machines HESSE TP are built in closed O-frame design with 20 ton punching capacity able to work on sheet metals up to a thickness of 6.0 mm. The along and transverse axis are moved over linear guidance and ball screws free from play with a positioning accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm and a repetition accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm. The turret is able to pick up 27 tools of different types - 3 of them can be index tools (swivelling). Heart of the machine is CNC SIEMENS Sinumerik 840DI with large colour display, network abilities and dialogue-led operation which supports the user. Automatic repositioning and tool lubrication are likewise standard as a complete software package to start immediately into production.
