Requirements and procedure:

• The machine must be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no additional signs of wear or damage.
• The buyer shall bear sole responsibility and all costs for the proper dismantling, loading and return transport to the seller’s premises.
• The risk of damage in transit during the return shipment lies with the buyer.
• Once the seller has carried out a satisfactory technical inspection of the machine, the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) will be refunded to the buyer’s bank account within 14 days.
