Description
The Bison 3544-200-5-P is a 3-jaw precision flat-spiral chuck with a diameter of 200 mm (8 inches) and an integrated size 5 Camlock short-taper mount in accordance with DIN 55029. The suffix ‘P’ (Premium/Precision) denotes the highest accuracy class (Class 1).
Key technical features:
- Chuck type: 3-jaw centring chuck (self-centring).
- Body material: Robust, forged steel for high speeds and a long service life.
- Mounting: Camlock Type D (DIN 55029), taper size 5. Mounting is carried out directly via the stud bolts on the machine spindle, without the need for an additional flange plate.

- Through-bore: Yes, with a clear passage of 55 mm.
- Jaw type: One-piece, hard solid jaws. The scope of supply includes one set of drilling jaws and one set of turning jaws as standard.
